Cupping Therapy
Many conditions are treated using various acupuncture modalities, like cupping.
Cupping, also known as 'myofascial decompression' uses vacuum pressure to stretch muscles upward from bone and connective tissue, decreasing tissue restrictions between the layers of skin, fascia and muscle. Cupping also stimulates blood flow to the area of treatment and triggers muscle relaxation reflexes. It can be used to treat muscle soreness, aches, and stiffness.
